Lucid dreaming is the ability to become self-aware in your dreams. When you’re aware that you are dreaming, you can manipulate your dreams into your most desired fantasies. You can fly around, explore your mind, and do anything you decide to imagine. With practice, you will explore your subconscious and enjoy anything and everything you have ever wanted to experience.

Step 1: Remember your dreams.

Remembering your dreams is the first step to becoming self-aware. Keeping a dream journal is usually helpful.

Step 2: Check in with reality.

Perform reality checks throughout the day. This is useful and can be done will be useful during sleep as well. Reality checks will let you know when you are dreaming.

Step 3: Control your dream.

You must be consistent with the steps above in order to begin the practice of lucid dreaming. Over time, you will begin to realize that you are dreaming. Eventually, you will be able to direct your dream towards any of your desires.
