  We all know how stressful the night before a test can be. In order to avoid this, we must prepare and relax. Here are five quick tips to help you ace your next test!

–    Rest well:
Go to sleep early, in order to have a well-rested mind.
–    Eat well:
Eat a full nutritious meal the day before and on the morning of a test, avoid eating junk foods.
–    Take a warm bath:
Taking a warm bath not only relaxes your muscles, but your mind.
–    Focus on yourself:
Do not stress about the test, it will only make it worse.
–    STUDY:
This might seem obvious but studying days before the test increases your chances of getting the answers correct.
