Stuff the Bird, Not Yourself

The average person consumes a maximum of 2,600 calories on a regular day. During Thanksgiving the same person consumes about 4,500! That’s almost twice as many calories in only one meal! Drink a cup of coffee or hot tea about 15 to 20 minutes before you sit down to eat to curb your appetite. You will feel fuller, eat less, and this will allow you to indulge in a few goodies, but not every goodie that comes your way. How many calories do you consume during Thanksgiving?
