Vegetarian Friendly Meal Plan


Breakfast    9:00am  Nutella crepes with fresh fruit and powdered sugar /orange juice

snack        11:30am   Tortilla chips and guacamole or salsa

Lunch       1:00pm    Veggie burger and french fries and a thick shake (you can make these at home)  

snack      3:30pm      strawberries and crème

Dinner   6:00pm      Spicy vegeterian ramen 

Dessert always!!!      Mochi ice cream
